Our team is growing! We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to join our marketing team. As a Community Manager within Bware Labs, you will be responsible for maintaining, growing, and engaging our Web3 communities. You will be working closely with the Product Management and Marketing teams to find and implement tactics that can grow and engage our existing community and build relevant new ones.

This is a key position in developing and expanding our communities, and in educating and correctly informing our members about our products and mission.  The Community Manager will lead our Ambassadors and Community Campaigns and manage the existing moderators and ambassadors to deliver content and generate discussion on our channels. As our token launch approaches, we are looking for someone who can set the pace of the community, help debunk FUD, manage moderators from different countries, and do customer service when required.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the marketing and product teams to deliver a recurrent plan for announcements and content to engage the communities around our products
• Growing and engaging the communities, building new ones when necessary
• Manage and develop the team of moderators and ambassadors as the communities scale
• Engage with our communities Discord and Telegram communities daily
• Gather community insights that can be used in the Marketing and Business Development department
• Assess and track communities’ development and deliver tactics and actions we can make to achieve targets
• Monitor and report online feedback and comments about our services and products
• Assist the marketing team in conducting market research
• Build relationships with moderators from relevant communities (partners, projects we support, Web3 news communities, etc)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in Community Management on large or growing products, preferably some on Web3 projects
• Good understanding of how Web3 preferred channels and communities work
• Experience in working with Telegram, Discord Channels, and Twitter pages
• Experience in creating engagement campaigns
• Planning engagement content within the community
• Crisis management experience
• Project management skills with the ability to understand business needs and effectively work with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication, writing, organization, and collaboration skills

Optional Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge of how social media channels work, especially Telegram and Discord
• Know-how regarding open-source communities
• Online customer service experience
